	Mr. Mahmood Masood Tamana General Manager Institutional Development / Senior Program Officer (IS) - PCP Mahmood Masood Tamana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional development and local government administration. Currently serving as the General Manager (Institutional Development) at PMDFC (Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company) since December 2022, Mr. Mahmood Tamana is responsible for coordinating and facilitating institutional appraisal, conducting managerial reviews, and analyzing systems, structures, and human resources. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mahmood Tamana held various positions within the LG&CDD (Local Government & Community Development Department) in Punjab. He served as Taxation Officer, Deputy Director (Inv) (Anti-Corruption Establishment), Executive District Officer (MS), and Director General (I&M) Secretary Punjab Local Govt. Board, over the years. In these roles, he demonstrated proficiency in managing local government policies, implementing decisions, and maintaining financial and administrative discipline. He also delivers lectures on the local government system at Punjab University, PAS Campus, Management and Professional Development Department(MPDD), and Punjab Local Govt. Academy Lalamusa. He also attended various trainings in Thailand, China, Jordan, and Nepal.
	Mr. Adnan Nisar Khan General Manager Engineering With a Master in Management (MS/MPhil) from Agro Paris Tech University, France, and B.Sc Civil Engineering from UET Lahore over 24 years of experience in water utility management, procurement, planning, and design, Mr. Adnan Nisar Khan brings extensive expertise to enhance organizational performance and drive success. He has worked with various public sector Organizations like WASA Faisalabad, and Punjab Saaf Paani Company, his dedication to quality, efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration underscores his commitment to excellence in water and sanitation management.
	Mr. Noman Ijaz General Manager Finance & Administration - PMDFC Noman Ijaz is a seasoned Finance and Management Professional with extensive experience in Finance, Administration, HR, Accounts and Corporate Compliance. Holding a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of the Punjab, he has built a career at the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), where he has risen through the ranks since 2002. His responsibilities include managing treasury functions, taxation, budgeting, payroll, and corporate compliance, focusing on ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations. In addition, Nauman has played a critical role in liaising with external auditors, preparing annual accounts and overseeing statutory audits.
	Mr. Azher Tahir Company Secretary - PMDFC Mr. Azher Tahir, FCMA, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Holding dual roles as Company Secretary and Manager Finance & Budget, he oversees corporate governance, board affairs, statutory compliance, financial planning, and budget management. His professional excellence and commitment to governance and financial discipline contribute significantly to the Company’s strategic direction and overall performance.
