Project Steering Committee Meeting of Project “Strengthening Provision of Municipal Services to the Citizens through Improved Local Governments” was held today (15 August 2022) in Lahore. Secretary LG & CDD Syed Mubashir Hussain launched the E Training Modules developed for the capacity building of LG & CDD staff under the project. He expressed satisfaction with the progress of different activities being taken under the umbrella of the project. He also appreciated the support extended by GIZ and the effective role of PMDFC as the technical arm of LG & CDD.
The meeting was attended by Ms. Celine Vandendriessche Development Advisor GIZ, Mr. Muhammad Iftikhar Rasool, MD PMDFC, Shahzad Khan Sherwani, Program Coordinator, and other senior officers from Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company attended the meeting.
