A video link meeting was held today at PMDFC office to discuss the details and to review progress on the assignment to tap the economic potential of the cities. Dr. Salman Shah, Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab on Economic Affairs and Planning & Development, Special Secretary LG & CDD, Ms. Musarrat Jabeen, Ms. Shehnaz Arshad, Mr. Sohaib Rasheed from World Bank, and a representative of P&D Department along with other senior PCP team members attended the meeting.
MD PMDFC Capt. (Retd) Muhammad Waseem in his opening remarks shared the agenda of the meeting while GM - Engineering Mr. Iftikhar Rasool updated on the current status of initiative. GM – ID Mr. Shoaib Iftikhar elaborated the key activities and modalities of the initiative in detail. World Bank team also gave their valuable comments while concluding remarks were given by Dr. Salman Shah who provided valuable suggestions to achieve the affixed target efficiently within timeframe.
