A series of training sessions on “Investment Planning & Budgeting” including Urban Infrastructure was held on January 19, 20 & 21, 2021 at Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) Gulberg, Lahore. The Participants of the trainings were Chief Officer, Municipal Officer (I&S) and Sub Engineers from PCP partner MCs. These training sessions were helpful for MCs’ staff to develop understanding about the budgeting and planning of major infrastructure services, expenditure control on fuel & energy, Implementation of projects as per work rule, works rules & audit and monitoring of sub projects.
