A Pre-Proposal Meeting was held at the PMDFC Head Office regarding the hiring of an Engineering Consultancy Firm under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP). The assignment covers the design and supervision of water supply, sewerage, and storm water drainage infrastructure in selected cities under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program, including Ahmedpur East, Arif Wala, Chiniot, Chishtian, Haroonabad, Jampur, Jatoi, Khanpur, Mandi Bahauddin, Pakpattan, Rajanpur, Sadiqabad, Samundri, Shujabad, while Kasur & Chakwal are under the PPP mode. The session focused on addressing key queries and providing necessary clarifications to participating firms, enabling them to prepare comprehensive and responsive proposals in line with the RFP requirements.
The meeting was attended by Syed Zahid Aziz (MD, PMDFC / PD, PICP), Adnan Nisar Khan (GM Engineering, PMDFC / DPD, PICP), and Zohaib Butt (GM/SPO Procurement), Rukhsana Shahid, SPO ESM, and Nauman Akhtar, SPO FM, Syed Aamir Mahmood Shah, SPO GIS, Ammar Anwar, Hamza Tariq POs Procurement who contributed their technical insights, ensuring that all procedural and technical aspects were comprehensively discussed and clarified. Representatives from the Planning & Development Board, Punjab and the Finance Department, Punjab, also marked their attendance.
