On May 23rd, 2024, the World Bank's High-Level Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) Forum kicked off in Islamabad, uniting experts and stakeholders to tackle critical environmental and social issues. Day 1 focused on ESF and Pakistan's Environmental and Social systems, exploring the challenges in preparing ESF instruments. Our PMDFC team, including Syed Zahid Aziz (MD PMDFC/PD PCP), Rizwana Anjum (SPO Env & Social Management), and Tehmina Kiran (PO Env & Social Management), actively participated in the discussions, showcasing the PCP with great enthusiasm.
