On March 22, 2024, a session was convened at the PMDFC to review presentations regarding the selection of a consulting firm for conducting the Annual Performance Assessment (APA) of 16 MCs for the year 2023-2024 under PCP. The session was presided by Mr. Adnan Nisar, GM Engg/DPD, and attended by key officials, including Mr. Zohaib Butt, SPO Procurement, Mr. Mudassir, SO (projects), and Mr. Salman Kakakhel from the Finance Department. Four prominent consulting firms presented their methodologies, experiences, and proposed timelines for the APA. Following the presentations, each firm's performance was evaluated, and marks were designated by the committee members. Mr. Roohan Javaid, Mr. Arsalan Idrees, Mr. Ammar Anwar, POs Procurement and Mr. Usama Zahoor DPO Procurement also marked their attendance.
