In a ceremony commemorating the retirement of Dr. Irshad Ahmad, the esteemed outgoing Secretary of the LG&CD Department Punjab, Syed Zahid Aziz, MD PMDFC, presented a souvenir as a token of appreciation. Mr. Asad Ullah, CEO-PRMSC and Mr. Hamza Salik, PD-PICIIP also co-hosted the ceremony and presented shields. The gesture acknowledged the Secretary’s outstanding contributions and dedication during his tenure.
