Today, on November 24, 2023, the 25th Annual General Meeting convened at PCOM. Ar. Plnr. Parvez Iqbal, Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) PMDFC, presided the session, with representatives from government departments and civil society comprising the general body attendees. The meeting delved into several agenda items, including the confirmation of minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting. Agenda points encompassed the adoption of the audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2023, alongside the Directors' and Auditors' reports. Additionally, discussions were held to appoint Auditors and determine their remuneration for the forthcoming year ending June 30, 2024. The approval of the Revised Budget for FY 2022-23 and Budget Estimates for FY 2023-24 was also a focal point of deliberation. Syed Zahid Aziz, MD of PMDFC, took the opportunity to highlight PMDFC's achievements over the past year and felicitated the members on PMDFC's 25th anniversary, praising the General Body Members cooperation. Chairman BOD PMDFC also lauded the efforts of the PMDFC team for achieving significant milestones successfuly during the previous year.
