Dr. Irshad Ahmad, Secretary, LG & CD Department, Punjab undertook a visit to MC Gojra to assess the advancement of various PCP subprojects. Accompanied by Syed Zahid Aziz, MD PMDFC, and his team alongside representatives from consulting firms. Sec LG & CDD initiated the visit by convening a meeting at the MC office. During this session, Mr. Shah Rukh, MO I & S, provided an overview of the ongoing PCP subprojects in MC Gojra.
Their inspection covered diverse areas including different roads and the parking shed for Solid Waste Machinery, a part of the PCP initiative aimed at enhancing the Municipal Committee's ability to handle solid waste effectively. Additionally, they visited a site in Hasnia Colony where tough pavers were being installed. Sec LG & CD Department emphasized the importance of quality and timely completion & directed the team to adhere to the highest standards.
During the visit, Mr. Noman Ali, Administrator/AC Gojra, Mr. Ishtiaq Ahmad, Chief Officer MC Gojra, Mr. Shah Rukh, Municipal Officer (I&S), and Mr. Tauseef Ul Rehman, Municipal Officer (Regulations), was also present.
