Dr. Irshad Ahmad, Secretary LG & CD Department Punjab, and Syed Zahid Aziz, MD PMDFC, visited various PCP subproject sites in Burewala. They visited sites including roads, Parking Shed and Solid Waste Machinery. Notably, a substantial budget of PKR 1250 Million has been approved for the enhancement and rehabilitation of 19.46 km of urban asphalt roads. Dr. Irshad also inspected Solid Waste Machinery (SWM) and visited the site of Parking Shed being constructed with PKR 32 Million for this machinery provided under PCP. Secretary LG&CDD emphasized the paramount importance of ensuring top-notch quality in the construction process. He urged the acceleration of progress while maintaining rigorous quality control measures. During visit Mr. Abdul Basit Siddiqui, Assistant Commissioner, Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed Joya, Chief Officer MC Burewala, Engineer Hafiz Muhammad Wasim MO (I&S) while from PMDFC/PCP Mr. Iftikhar Rasool, Mr. Zahid Kareem, SPO ID, Ms. Rizwana Anjum, SPO ESM, and Mr.Salman Ahmad, PO ID were also present.
