Mr. Sanjeev Pokharel, the Head of Programme PLG (GIZ), met with Syed Zahid Aziz, MD PMDFC, on the 18th of October 2023 to discuss the modalities of the ongoing project "Support to Strengthen Local Services by Local Governments," with PMDFC. He was accompanied by Ms. Sanam Irshad, Advisor Good Governance PLG (GIZ) and Mr. Ehsan Afzal, Contract Management Specialist (GIZ) PLG while from PMDFC Mr. Mahmood Masood Tamana, GM ID, Ms. Rizwana Anjum, SPO ESM, Mr. Salman, PO ID, Mr. Arsalan Idrees, PO Procurement, Mr. Sohaib Rafique DM ID and Ms. Kiran Saba DPO IS also attended the meeting.
Mr. Mahmood Masood Tamana provided a detailed presentation on the various initiatives currently being taken by PMDFC in collaboration with GIZ. During the meeting, Mr. Sanjeev expressed his appreciation for the remarkable results achieved by PMDFC in the recently completed project. He also conveyed his optimism for the successful outcomes of the ongoing project being implemented by PMDFC. At the end of the meeting MD PMDFC presented souvenirs to the GIZ team.
