Institutional Strengthening & Infrastructure Development sections of PMDFC held a virtual meeting today (17-10-2023) with The World Bank team comprising of Ms. Shahnaz Arshad (Team Task Leader) and Mr. Suhaib Rasheed (Urban Development Specialist) while from PMDFC ID and IS teams attended the meeting led by Syed Zahid Aziz, MD PMDFC. In first session Mr. Mahmood Masood Tamana GM ID shared progress of various initiatives including Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), Performance Management System (PMS), Integrated Development and Asset Management Plan (IDAMP), and development of dynamic Websites.
In the second session Mr. Iftikhar Rasool, DPD/GM Engineering shared progress of Infrastructure Development Section. Currently 120 sub projects worth PKR 37012 million are at various stages in 16 PCP partner cities. Under PCP complete sewerage solutions (sewerage lines, disposal stations & WWTP) are being developed in the PCP partner cities with cost of more than PKR 17000 million.
