The PMDFC Head Office hosted a consultative session on June 19, 2023, to discuss the Environmental and Social Assessment of Waste Water Treatment Plants (WWTP) being developed under Punjab Cities Program (PCP). Chaired by Syed Zahid Aziz, MD PMDFC, the session was attended by Mr. Imran Ul Haq, Mr. Azhar Ud Din, Mr. Hafeez Buzdar, Ms. Nida Asif from The World Bank's Environmental and Social (E&S) Team, Ms. Rizwana Anjum, SPO ESM, other PMDFC team members, and consultant firms working on various projects. The primary focus of the meeting was to analyze different aspects of the WWTP design in accordance with the E&S Management guidelines.
