A meeting with M/S Cyber Vision was held today at PMDFC office to review the progress and working of newly developed “Grievance Redressal Mechanism” for citizens complaints regarding municipal service delivery in 16 PCP partner cities. Mr. Ali Wazir from cyber vision shared the progress of GRM through video link while Mr. Imran Ul Haq, Senior Social Development Specialist, and Mr. Azhar Ud Din Khan, from World Bank attended the meeting while from PMDFC Mr. Mahmood Masood Tamana, GM ID, Ms. Rizwana Anjum, SPO E&SM, Mr. Abid, PO IT, Mr. Gulzar and Mr. Abdul Hannan POs IS attended the meeting.
