A meeting headed by Dr. Slaman Shah, Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab on Economic Affairs and Planning & Development was held on August 09, 2021 at CM Secretariat.
MD PMDFC/ PD PCP gave detailed presentation on progress and update on PCP being implemented in 16 cities of Punjab. In the meeting performance review of the company was made to assess the progress made on projects being undertaken by the PMDFC. Thorough discussion was also held on the economic potential, ease of doing business and competitiveness of the cities. The chair admired the work done by PMDFC and further advised to conduct field survey of these cities to make epigrammatic view towards tapping the economic potential and growth trend. For the purpose, the chair advised to meet with other stakeholders as well.
