PMDFC organized training sessions on Transparency & Accountability and Investment Planning in MCs on February 03-04, 2021 at Pakistan Institute of Management Sciences (PIMs), Gulberg, Lahore. Chief Officers, Municipal Officer (I&S) & Public Information Officers from PCP partner cities attended the training sessions. Mr. Shoaib Iftikhar, SPO-IS, PCP along with his team briefed the participants regarding results areas of Institution Strengthening and the e-governance initiatives/ programs implemented in MCs under PCP. He highlighted the significance of MACs and PMs of all result areas and mechanism of obtaining Performance Based Grants (PBGs), Performance Assessment Criteria, Means of Verification, DLI Verification Protocols, Monitoring & Evaluation and reporting mechanism. SPO-IS also briefed and sensitized the MC officers regarding adoption and implementation of institutional strengthening initiatives in MCs to fulfill certain Performance Measures (PMs) under Punjab Cities Program (PCP).
