August 18, 2020: The 101st meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD) of PMDFC was held in the committee room of PMDFC. The meeting was attended by the following:

- Secretary, LG&CD Department (Represented by Mr. Rai Yasir Farhad, Deputy Secretary, LGF)
- Chairman, P&D Board – Punjab (Represented by Ms. Mahjabeen, Assistant Chief, LG)
- Mr. Muhammad Aamer Nazeer, MD, PMDFC
- Mr. Shahzad Khan Sherwani, GM, F&A/Company Secretary, PMDFC
- Mr. Muhammad Iftikhar Rasool, GM Engineering, PMDFC (On invitation)
Various HR-related matters were discussed in the meeting. The BoD members were apprised regarding the projects of PMDFC namely, ‘Punjab Cities Program (PCP)’, ‘IT Based Monitoring System for Improved Service Delivery in Entire LGs of Punjab’, ‘Monitoring the Cleanliness of 07 Cities under Waste Management Companies’, and ‘IT Based Monitoring System for Improved Service Delivery in Entire LGs of Punjab’.
The BoD members were also informed regarding the upcoming projects including the ‘Support to Local Governance (LOGO-III) Programme Process Cluster Policy Reform And Institutional Strengthening (PR&IS)’ and ‘Development of Prospective Master Land Use Plans for Tehsil Level Cities in the Punjab (PC-II)’.
