Training Session on Computerized Complaint Tracking System (CCTS) held

 

A training session on Computerized Complaint Tracking System (CCTS) was held on July 22, 2020, at the office of PMDFC. The session was attended by Complaint Cell In-charge(s) and Complaint Cell officials from six MCs which include Bahawalnagar, Burewala, Hafizababd, Kot Addu, Muridke and Vehari.

The participants were sensitized regarding the adoption of CCTS to fulfill the Minimum Access Conditions (MACs) and Performance Measures (PMs) for Year-II under Punjab Cities Program (PCP). The MC officials were given practical knowledge and demonstration for the smooth functioning of CCTS, which was appreciated by the participants.
