Imran Ali Sultan, PD, Punjab Affordable Housing Program (PAHP), visited the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) along with his team to gain insights into the project monitoring mechanisms developed and implemented by PMDFC for monitoring municipal infrastructure projects under the Punjab Cities Program (PCP). Syed Zahid Aziz, MD, PMDFC, along with his team, attended the session. The PAHP team was apprised of PMDFC’s in-house developed monitoring tools and IT-based dashboard systems used to track both physical and financial progress of projects across various implementation stages. Appreciating the robustness and effectiveness of these mechanisms, PAHP plans to replicate and adapt these dashboards for monitoring its own projects.
