On February 6, 2024, a critical session for Third-Party Validation (TPV) consultants on the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF) was held in the PMDFC Committee Room. Chaired by Mr. Moazzam Jamil, DPD, and attended by key officials including Mr. Zohaib Butt SPO Procurement, Ms. Rizwana Anjum SPO E&SM, and Mr. Shahzad Khan Sherwani SPO A&A, the meeting featured presentations from five leading consulting firms. These firms outlined their methodology, experiences and proposed timelines for conducting TPV. The session, also attended by Mr. Roohan Javaid PO Proc., Mr. Arsalan Idrees PO Proc., Mr. Ammar PO Proc. and Mr. Usama Zahoor DPO Proc.
