In order to develop the Integrated Development and Asset Management Plan (IDAMP), consultation sessions are currently underway with stakeholders across all 16 Partner MCs. The primary objective of this initiative is to establish a comprehensive IDAMP that encompasses intricate procedures for resource planning and investment. By employing efficient planning, meticulous management, precise record-keeping, and dependable reporting, the IDAMP aims to ensure optimized service delivery to the public throughout the entire asset life cycle.
